FLOW THROUGH MIXER STB 50L

The new Staring STB50L flow through mixer is an advancement of commonly known flow through mixers.

This type of mixer is particularly suitable for use under smaller silos and for smaller tasks. It is designed for fine-grained products with a high plastic content such as glue and putty, as well as dry mortar with grain sizes up to 3 mm.

How does it work?
The homogenization section ensures that the material is always preconditioned before it is transported via the auger to the mixing section. Here, water is dosed as a water bath, meaning the material is sprinkled into the water, allowing optimal absorption time. A specially designed mixing auger achieves a homogeneous, lump-free mixture.
